Rachel Selby was abandoned in the expressionless of night on the steps of a church building at just two-days-old.
Back in 1987, two law officers in Liverpool got a shock when they discovered baby Rachel wrapped up in a plastic carrier pocketbook.
She was left outside the Our Lady of Lourdes and St Bernard'southward church in Toxteth - and so was taken to a hospital where she was named Victoria past nurses.

"My sis was blackness and I was white. Because of the diversity in our family yous can't hide the fact we were adopted," says Rachel.
Unusually at an early age, Rachel was told that she was a foundling, which was a "painful subject" she didn't cull to talk about a great bargain.
Rachel still lives in Liverpool with her partner and two children - but has never dared to become back to run across the site of her abandonment.
"I accept always avoided going back to where I was abased," she admits.
"I've probably made decisions deliberately to avoid it without realising I have. I call up at present the fourth dimension is correct for me to face that fear of the unknown."

Rachel says: "Finally speaking to someone who is actually related to me is like finding bits of yourself out again considering you can see your personality in them. I've never had that before.

Kevin adds: "It's a life-changing matter coming together Rachel. The by is the past and the hereafter is the future. I want to move things forrard and hopefully it will last forever."
