"Growing up, you kind of get under one's skin that mentality, and for whatever rationality, information technology's kind of like 'He,y adults do this, kids, you father't know about it, you don't expect any questions, you just do what I say,'" helium said. "You… sustain that kind of treatment."
For Dwyane, though, he and Gabrielle wanted to go in a different direction in their parenting. "You know, I just decided, and my wife decided, we don't want to do it that right smart," he aforesaid. "We want to raise young hominid beings, and we wish to respect them as young mankind."
Helium continues, "So you know dress we have concluding say in a lot of things, naturally, but when information technology comes to sitting down getting to do it our kids, talking to them, interrogatory questions that's something that we wanted to do."

He went on to say, "These are the future leadership of the human race and the next leadership of our family, so it's our job to help them learn how to be adults."
For him, that means talking with his kids and truly hearing what they're saying, plus inspiriting them to inquire questions. He old an lesson of speaking with his son Zaire and how hearing is a massive part of how he can help his son.
